Loven har til formål at sikre åbenhed hos myndigheder m.v. med henblik på navnlig at understøtte 1) informations- og ytringsfriheden, 2) borgernes deltagelse i demokratiet, 3) offentlighedens kontrol med den offentlige forvaltning, 4) mediernes formidling af informationer til offentligheden og 5) tilliden til den offentlige forvaltning. Øhhh... bare ikke hvis en SB føler sig 'krænket' eller 'chikaneret' over at en borger offentliggør og dokumenterer og udstiller disse SB hvordan de systematisk bryder loven pga kommunens 'Måltal' som skal overholdes så de kan indkassere deres Stats-refusion... Nå, efter Politiet aka 'Anklagemyndigheden' så 'vurderede og skønnede' at køre en 'Tilhold's sag på mig igen, UDEN at høre min side af 'Sagens Forløb' dvs sige UDEN at lave en Partshøring med mig først, 'aftalte' (Systematisk Planlagde) Politiet med Retten på Frederiksberg FØRST at jeg skulle i Retten og dømmes, hvor Dommeren havde afsat ½ time til dette Retsmøde, at jeg selvfølgelig bare skulle ind og dømmes som forbryder for 5 gang...
